The following are the Terms of Service for Castle Conquest Online. From hereon out, this party will be known as "Shadowsoft Online" while browsing through these terms of service. The Terms of Service ("tos") are subject to change at any point in time.

The administration of Shadowsoft Online will, in the event of any major changes made to the tos, notify all members with an announcement or an e-mail dictating the changes made. It is your responsibility to read and be in compliance with the tos at all times. Failure to adhere to the tos may result in the termination of your account, as well as further actions depending on the severity of the situation.

Membership According to the law, you must be 13 years of age or older in order to give out the information required at sign up. Persons found to be under the age of 13 will have their account terminated, unless the owner of Shadowsoft Online has received parental consent upon sign up. A parental consent form may be obtained by e-mailing support@castleconquestonline.com.

Accessibility Shadowsoft Online does not guarantee continuous connectivity and cannot be held responsible in cases where lack of connectivity is caused by forces beyond Shadowsoft Online's control.

Ownership All content, graphics, accounts, and specific terms contained within the Castle Conquest Online web site and it’s entities are property of Shadowsoft Online. Those found using content without permission from Shadowsoft Online will be dealt with via the proper authorities. Shadowsoft Online cannot be held responsible for external images used within the forums, nor does Shadowsoft Online claim these as their property.

Censorship Shadowsoft Online is not censored. However, there are options allowing for partial censorship within the forum and other areas of communication. Shadowsoft Online cannot be held accountable for offensive content posted by other members of the community. Shadowsoft Online reserves the right to terminate all accounts of persons who choose to post highly offensive content, including racial slurs, obscenities, and other derogatory content not suited for a community atmosphere.

Game Exploits Game exploits, also known as "bugs", must be reported once they are discovered. All bugs can be reported by emailing support@castleconquestonline.com. Persons found abusing bugs will have their accounts terminated immediately and will be banned from signing up for another account. Depending on the severity of the bug, the proper authorities may be contacted.

Gathered Information Shadowsoft Online cannot be held responsible for any personal information you disclose on the forum, chat rooms, or any other methods of communication within the Shadowsoft Online environment.

Termination of an Account All persons wishing to have their account terminated are asked to not log into their account. After 60 days of inactivity, your account will be terminated.

As formerly stated, these terms of service are subject to change at any point in time. By signing up for an account at Castle Conquest Online, you hereby agree to follow these terms of service. You also agree that Shadowsoft Online will not be held responsible for the loss of your account and/or any information contained within the account in the event of a server malfunction.
